of the Winterizing of Kennels
Dixie's watching her and
Buster's shelter being winterized while enjoying an autumn swim.
"We get nervous when
things change in our kennel," says Dixie.
When the "dog doors"
are taken off the shelters in the spring, the dogs' names are
written on them so it's easy to find the right door when putting
them back on in the fall (even if one or both of a pair have
been adopted).
Guy fills dog houses with
hay.
Randy's carrying a shelter
front panel, which we call a "dog door."
Putting the door in place
"If it stays this warm,
I'm gonna sleep outside tonight."
Randy fastens the door to
the front of the shelter as Guy holds it in place.
