The introduction
of Buddy and Brigitte in the park
Big Rottweiler
Buddy needs a kennel mate while his sister Betsy recovers from
her broken leg surgeries, so before taking Brigitte back to her
original kennel with her sister, Gidget, we try Brigitte with
Buddy, who's not at all used to different partners (or playmates).
Brigitte wants
to be friends, but Buddy is very, very cautious about this new
acquaintance.
Both dogs seem
okay as they get some attention from Tina, whose face is too close
to the dogs for a moment.
Tina stands between
the two as Rhonda holds Buddy on leash.
The decision
was made not to have these two be kennel mates. The entire
experience was stressful to Buddy, who's being held and hugged
by Joel to assure Buddy that everything is alright.
