Siblings, Buddy and Betsy, are together again in their outside kennel

This morning's second get-together with brother and sister, Buddy and Betsy, went better than we had all expected it would. As we said yesterday, Betsy had to be separated from her brother for three months while her broken leg was healing. Yesterday's introduction was a little bit "iffy" on Buddy's part, and we thought it would take several days of being together for short periods before Buddy would accept his sister again, but today Buddy began to warm up to Betsy in the play yard, and we took their leashes off as we were sure all would be okay between them now.

Seeing that the brother and sister now were getting along we put them back in their outside kennel to become kennel mates once again. As they get used to each other again, we're sure both dogs will be much happier than they were during their separation!

You can tell both tails are wagging as they are slightly blurred.

New puppies, Annie and little sister, Amy, are not so shy anymore

Yesterday and today we spent a lot of time with new little arrivals, Annie and Amy, who were extremely shy yesterday when we brought them to our shelter. Today, tho, they are beginning to come up to us when we go into their kennel to be with them, and they love to be held and petted. These little ones are calm and cuddley, snuggley little puppies.
