Report on Adoption Day: None adopted; one returned

     Megan's prospective adopter came to see Megan and took the adoption papers home to think about it for a while. She'll call tomorrow to set up a home visit if she's still interested.

     Pepsi, who was adopted last Saturday while Pat was in the hospital, was returned today. The adopter's cat was terrified of Pepsi, and they didn't want to chance anything. Krissy, Pepsi's mother, will be glad to see her son, who is a lot bigger than she is. Krissy has been lonely without her son to play with.

     Another couple visited with Pepsi after he was returned to PetsMart, and they are interested in perhaps adopting Pepsi next week.

 It's been over a week now since the doctor told us there was no hope for Pat

     I'm not feeling so good, but I promise to write a bigger report tomorrow.
