After a long, barky night Freddy meets Amigo in the park and moves in with him early this morning
When I relieved Randy this morning at about a quarter of six, he told me that Freddy, who spent the night in one of the hospital kennels, would stop barking only if Randy stayed within Freddy's line of sight. So just after first light (a little before 7:00 a.m.), just as Michael was beginning morning walks, I asked him to take Amigo to the park and that I'd bring Freddy. I had to find Freddy a friend so I could get back to work on polishing Erin's two-page letter, which we want very much to include in the mailing going out ASAP.

Freddy and Amigo spent the rest of the day together in Amigo's kennel, and they're doing fine together.
Julie's blood sugar is high again
Julie went to the clinic first thing this morning for her blood test, and now it's in the 180s, in the middle of the high range. Dr. Morton said to keep giving her 17 units of insulin and to bring her back monday for another test.
Rather than our regular Adoption Day at PetsMart in Plano, we're taking some dogs and setting up a booth from 7:30 till noon at the City Hall Plaza, 1500 Marilla Street, Dallas for the AIDS Lifewalk Event.
