Ojay has some inflammation after the operation

     I called Dr. Wilkens early this morning to see if I could go pick up Ojay, and the doctor said there was some inflammation and he wanted to keep Ojay at least till tomorrow, maybe till Saturday morning. I'll call Dr. Wilkens again tomorrow morning.

Old Pup spends the day at the clinic for periodic blood sampling

     Dr. Morton will send the samples off to the lab, and we'll hear more in a few days. Old Pup's bowel problem seems to be totally cured.

5:15 p.m. - Buffy is still at the clinic

     They tube fed Buffy again today, and this time he did vomit after eating. Dr. Morton gave Buffy some dye so they could take x-rays throughout the day to follow the dye through Buffy's system to make sure he's not plugged up. Waiting on Juany to return from the clinic with Old Pup after his all-day blood sampling. ...

6:45 p.m. - Juany's back with Old Pup and some bad news about Buffy

     Dr. Morton had Juany look at the long series of x-rays showing the dye making its way through Buffy's system. All of a sudden still in the small intestine there's a big tennis-ball-size blob with just a thread of an intestine coming from the other end of the "ball." The doctor will operate ASAP tomorrow.
