Erin 's Report on Adoption Day...

Condolences from friends about the loss of Buffy:

I am soooo sorry to hear about Buffy. He probably arrived at Rainbow Bridge shortly after my sweet boy, Jester, who was assisted on his journey this morning. He was 13 years old and had been diagnosed with congestive heart failure earlier in the year. My vet said he was now going into kidney failure. A very sad day for us all.

So sorry to hear about Buffy, but you did the right thing. It is a hard decision to make between quality of life vs. quantity of life. But pain and suffering is never the best choice. Bless poor dear Buffy, he is no longer in pain. He had a wonderful life at Straydog.

It made me so sad to read about Buffy in tonight's update. I can still picture him with Fluffy and Muffin when they went to the park. As always, thank you for caring so much for God's little creatures and doing everything humanly possible to make things better for them.

I just read the update and wanted to let you know how sorry I am to hear about Buffy. You did the right thing. I'm sure that was so hard. He's in a much better place, snuggled up with your mom, happy and free of pain.
