Teddy & Katie get injections

Bill Arnold's Daily Straydog Log

THURSDAY MARCH 11 2004

Katie and Teddy get prescribed injections of glucosamine into the leg muscle

These injections are to help the two dogs' arthritis condition. They are to get them every four days for a month.

Susan gives Katie her glucosamine injection.

Katie goes for a walk after her shot.

Susan gives Teddy his glucosamine injection.

Juana comforts Teddy after his shot while Teddy's kennel mate Sunny chews on a toy.

Saturday Adoption Day Volunteer Malia and her dad visit Straydog

We got a call yesterday morning from Malia saying she and her dad would be in the area and they wanted to stop for a quick tour. Luckily I had just finished the update when they arrived.

Malia and her father take the tour.

Malia says hello to Macy, one of the dogs she has "dog sat" with at PetsMart. Malia and her mother are both
volunteering to help us with the Adoption Day dogs this coming Saturday from 11 till three at PetsMart in Plano.

More to come later this afternoon by five p.m.

There's simply not enough time between five a.m. and noon to get this update finished. Let's try five a.m. till five p.m. and see if we can get somewhere.
