NOON UPDATE (Our Only Update for Today):

Several dogs are scheduled to go to the vet this afternoon

     I told Erin that we must stop spending money until our Stray Dog Fund (which is our bank checking account and our only fund) is replenished. Erin said, "Dad, these ailing dogs have to continue their therapies and treatments." We'll have to put it on a credit card and keep marching forward.

     Report on the results of today's vet visit to come in tomorrow's noon update.

Last night we received photos of Sam and Baxter in their new foster home

     We'll try to get these pictures on ASAP. (These two photos are now posted immediately below.) We also have waiting to be processed Puppy William's adoption photos plus other Adoption Day photos, photos of our dog training day a week ago Sunday and all the great snow photos from over a month ago, plus many, many other photos that I never seem to have time to get to. All of the above to come ... sometime.

Now back to work on the newsletter

     If I'm not interrupted too many times today, I may by tonight get the ready-to-print PDF files emailed to the printer (my former employer, who's donating all the printing to Straydog Inc.). If they're not too busy this evening, we might have finished product by tomorrow or the next day. Then we start stuffing envelopes, labeling, stamping and sealing. It's possible to have the first batch in the mail by Friday. Then hopefully we'll start receiving donations by the middle of next week.
