Puppy Thelma is back at Straydog and moves in with Puppy Scooby

     Puppy Thelma's mother, Jasmine, and sister, Louise unfortunately forgot Thelma, and when Erin arrived late Friday afternoon with Thelma, Thelma was brought first to the outside fence of Louise and Jasmine's kennel, but her mother and sister both growled at her as if she were a stranger, so we didn't even try to put Thelma back in with them.

     Instead Juana tried Puppy Thelma in with Puppy Scooby, who was just recently declared mange-free and ready for the park and a kennel mate. Thelma and Scooby immediately started playing together, and they're doing fine together.

Thelma meets Scooby, and soon after this photo was snapped, they were best buddies.

Lucy's coming to help her mother and brother with the introduction of Thelma and Scooby.

Scooby jumps up on Lucy as the pups get to know each other.

 

Adoption Day at PetsMart will go on as usual, plus we will have a tent with volunteers and Penny and Scooter at the Operation Kindness "10th Annual Dog Day Afternoon" event from 9:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. today at Bob Woodruff Park in Plano.
