Bad weather today

     The weather today has been very miserable, but we made it through the rain, wind and very cold temperatures. When Jeff and I arrived a little before five o'clock the temperature was very comfortable, but as soon as we got done feeding, it got really cold and began to rain. I was really grateful we got all of the outside dogs fed before the thunder really began booming because some of the doggies won't eat during this kind of weather.

Lots of kennel work because of the rain

     Rhonda, Wayne, Jeff and I worked hard on the kennels. There was a lot of water standing in some of the kennels, so everyone started cleaning out the drains to get the water to run out. It rained most of the day, so we were pretty busy with this drainage work. After all of the kennels were done, Jeff and Wayne caregave all of the doggies and then began preparing the evening meal for the outside doggies.
