All our chores get done on schedule

There is not a lot to report today other than that everything went well and according to schedule. Jeff, Stephanie (her daughter Destiny) and Rhonda did the kennel work and I did all of the park walks. John came in later on in the day to do all of the caregiving, and he continued his rounds until dark.

Rhonda works some dirt in a kennel.

Stephanie rakes the dirt buildup along the baseline of the kennel fence while her daughter holds the hose.

I always visit with Tallie first thing

But, of course, I had to go see my Tallie girl before I started. She is my little girl (who's really quite a big girl), and she normally acts very goofy until I come and see her in the morning.

Tallie, sitting on her bed in Hospital II, gets a visit from Tina first thing every morning.

Spraying more kennels for fleas

As soon as the kennel crew got done with their kennel work, Jeff sprayed flea killer in two more kennels (Harley's and Buster & Dixie's). We are slowly but surely getting this very important project done for the dogs, who are so relieved when we give them baths or flea drops. You can see the relief in their eyes.

Jeff sprays another kennel.
