Straydog UPDATE posted THURSDAY 1/9/03 at ~7:41 p.m. CT
Pat Arnold's Daily Dog Log
THURSDAY JANUARY 9 2003
Molly is coming home tomorrow
Randy put together another kennel in the living room/office, where Molly will have to stay till the opening for drainage from her surgery closes up, which may be a week or so. I think she'll kind of like a short stay indoors. We'll take her out to be with her long-time kennel mate, Max, during their regularly scheduled playtime period in the park.
Millie got her yearly vaccinations today
Millie went to the vet clinic for her yearly vaccinations this morning. She was almost due for them, and she is going to her new home this Saturday, so we got her all caught up before she starts her new life.
Dog Dallas is going to his new home this Saturday as scheduled
Dallas is also going to his new home this Saturday, and his new mom emailed how excited she was and that she has been telling their other dog, Maggie (formerly adopted from Straydog), all about her new "brother" who will be arriving in two days.
Next newsletter going to press
Nothing else really big happened today. Bill's behind in putting photos on the daily update because he's finishing up our next newsletter, which should go to the printer (who donates the printing to Straydog) tomorrow, and if they can fit us in during a lull in their work, we might be able to start mailing early next week. Anyone who's not on our mailing list who would like to receive a printed copy of our January 2003 newsletter please email (or U.S. Mail) us your address, and we'll send you a copy.
Gotta go
I must care for diabetic Julie now, the tiny puppies, the medium size puppies, and Snowflake.
