TIPPER

Breed: Shepherd mix

Birth date: Approx. 2/97

Sex: Female Spayed

Color: Blond

Vaccinations: Up to date

Weight: approx. 50 pounds

Health: Very good--no apparent health problems

Tipper was about six months old when she was taken by her owner to the animal clinic because she was sick. The doctors treated her for parvo virus. They tried to get in touch with her owner by telephone and by mail to report on the health of Tipper but were unable to locate the owner. Tipper had a successful recovery from parvo, and several more months went by with the clinic trying to locate her owner. Finally the clinic considered Tipper to be an abandoned dog, and that's when one of the technicians at the clinic mentioned Tipper to us, because there was nowhere else for Tipper to go. Tipper joined our Happy Home for Strays in June 1997.

Tipper is a happy, affectionate dog. She loves attention and she likes to run and play ball and splash around in her little swimming pool.

She will become very loyal to her owner.
